Billing & Credits Policy

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a prepaid license to generate images, they are not money, and the generation costs are incurred on your behalf the moment you use them. Membership plan credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance while subscribed and remain usable for 60 days after cancellation; Boost credits are valid 12 months; credits from packs purchased before memberships launched never expire and are always spent last.

Where consumer law in your country grants non-waivable rights, those rights are unaffected; payment disputes are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.

Every generation passes an automated quality review before it costs you anything. If a generation fails or our QA rejects the image, the credit is returned to your balance automatically, you never pay for a bad result. Reflowing a scene to another platform, re-editing text, and re-downloading are always free.

Hit a technical problem, a double-charge of credits, or a result that slipped past our QA? Email support@tarweej.me from your account address with the details. We investigate every report and, where warranted, add bonus credits to your account, usually more than the ones in question.
