Terms of Service

Tarweej generates authentic, mobile-native UGC ad-creative images from a brief you provide, and lets you adapt one scene across Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Stories without regenerating the image. The generated image (the “scene”) comes from a third-party image model; the text, captions, calls-to-action and logo are composited deterministically by our software.

Anyone may create an account; generating images requires credits. Features may evolve as the Service develops.

The Service runs on credits. Credits are a prepaid license to use the Service to generate images: they are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

Our promises to you: reflowing an existing scene for another platform, re-downloading it, or re-editing its overlay text is always free and never consumes a credit. A credit is consumed only when a new scene is successfully generated. Membership plan and Boost credits are valid per the Billing & Credits Policy; credits from packs purchased before memberships launched never expire and are always spent last.

If a generation fails, no credit is charged for it. Prices and credit costs may change for future purchases, but we will not devalue credits you have already bought.

You are responsible for the briefs you submit and the creative you produce. You agree not to use the Service to create advertising or content that is illegal, infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights, is deceptive or fraudulent, sexualizes or endangers minors, or that violates the policies of the platforms you intend to publish on.

The underlying image model applies its own safety filters and may refuse to generate some prompts. A refusal is not a fault of the Service and is not charged as a credit.

You retain your rights to the briefs, brand assets and copy you provide. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the images you generate for your own advertising and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, product images, brand names or likenesses you upload or reference.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that generated creative will perform, convert, or be approved by any advertising platform. AI-generated images can contain errors, review everything before you publish or spend money promoting it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim. The Service is operated by an individual, not a company.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any third-party claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the briefs, prompts, brand assets, product photos or people's images you provide or upload; (b) your use, publication or advertising of the images you generate; or (c) your breach of these terms or of any law or platform policy. You are solely responsible for holding the rights and consents needed for any logo, product, brand name, or person's likeness you upload or reference, the Service does not verify them on your behalf.

We may update these terms as the Service develops; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Tarweej is operated by an independent operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, not a registered company. Full operator details are on file with our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
